AGE GROUPS & STAFFING 

GROUPS  ~ Regulation group sizes and staff:child ratios are adhered to.
Children are grouped according to their ages. Staff and parents make a joint decision based on the child’s abilities and readiness, before moving up to the next age group when vacancies arise.

Kindy/Pre-School	3 to 5 years	24 children	2 Group Leaders

BLUE CARDS
All staff, management committee members, students & volunteers (over 18 yrs) are required to hold a ‘blue card’ issued by the Commission For Children and Young People and Child Guardian. This involves a ‘Working with Children’ criminal history check.
